How does Swiftaid manage the transfer of donor information and will data transfers be encrypted?

Submissions are made securely via an encrypted form. The forms are served over a protected 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection, using a SHA256 Certificate—an industry-standard level of protection.

Swiftaid is certified to the highest international standards for Information Security (ISO 27001) and Business Continuity (ISO 22301).

For added security, files can be encrypted before uploading. Please ensure that any sensitive personal information (PII) is never sent via insecure channels, such as email, as this could compromise data security. Always use our secure form for any submissions involving PII.
