I’m having trouble logging in with my email

If you’re having trouble with the link or code when logging in or signing up with Swiftaid, please try the following:

Make sure you’re copying the code or clicking the link from the most recent email, as new login messages automatically invalidate previous ones.

Keep the Swiftaid login page open where you need to enter the code, and open the email with the code in a separate tab or app. This way, you can copy the code and return to the login screen to complete the process.

If the issue persists, you can try logging in using a different method by clicking the “Try a different method” link on the login screen.
